Abdul-Rahman Allouche received his M.S. degree from the Lebanese University, Tripoli, Lebanon and his Ph.D. degree in physics from the Claude Bernard Lyon 1 University, Villeurbanne, France, in 1989 and 1992, respectively. He serves as a Professor at Claude Bernard Lyon 1 University, France. His research focuses on computational chemistry and on molecular modeling. In particular, he is interested in the calculation of spectroscopic constants of diatomic molecules and structures and electronic properties of small clusters, structures, infrared, UV/Visible, and NMR spectra of small biomolecules. He is the author of more than 100 papers in international peer-reviewed journals.
