Renu Pasricha is a materials scientist and a specialist in high-resolution electron microscopy at the National Physical Laboratory (NPL), New Delhi, India. She received her B.S. degree in engineering from BITS, Pilani, India, in 1987 and obtained her M.S. degree from IIT, Delhi, India, in 1992. Due to interest in the fascinating field of nanoscience and materials, she did her doctoral work on “Synthesis of anisotropic nanostructures at air water interface and their characterization” from the University of Pune in 2007. Her current research interests include synthesis and characterization of size-controlled magnetic nanostructures, chemical synthesis of graphene and graphene-based nanocomposites and their characterization using HRTEM, and synthesis at air-water interface. She has published more than 100 research papers in international peer-reviewed journals and filed 2 US patents to her credit. She has delivered various talks in national and international conferences. She is a Member of the Electron Microscopy Society of India and Materials Research Society of India. She is a Reviewer for many international peer-reviewed journals such as Nanotechnology, Nanoscale, Soft matter, Journal of Physical Chemistry, New Journal of Physics, and Journal of Nanomaterials.
