Yannis Kopsinis

Yannis Kopsinis was born in Patra, Greece,
on May 1, 1973. He received the B.S. degree
in informatics from the Department of
Informatics and Telecommunications, University
of Athens, Greece, in 1998 and his
Ph.D. degree in 2003 from the same department.
Since January 2004 he has been
a research fellow with the Institute for Digital
Communications, School of Engineering
and Electronics, the University of Edinburgh,
UK. His research interests include channel equalization,
adaptive filters, and electronic signal processing and performance
evaluation for optical communication systems.
