User Biography : Dr Andrew Sutherland-Smith Senior Lecturer in Structural Biology and Biochemistry, Institute of Molecular BioSciences, Massey University, New Zealand. Research interests: Protein structure and function, in particular proteins of the cytoskeleton, e.g. filamin and dystrophin, understanding mechanisms of genetic disease through investigating the consequences of missense mutations on alterations to protein conformation and activity.
