Cyril Ruckebusch was born in 1972. He received his Ph.D. degree in 2000 and has been serving as an Associate Professor at the University of Lille since 2002. His Ph.D. work was concerned with the monitoring of enzymatic hydrolysis by vibrational spectroscopy and chemometrics. His current research activities are performed in the team Photoreactivity and Photodynamics of LASIR, which is an associated CNRS of Université Lille Nord de France research unit. He is in charge of the development and application of data analysis and chemometric methods dedicated to UV-visible and infrared time-resolved spectroscopy data. His interests also include the quantitative and qualitative analysis of complex mixtures by combined use of molecular spectroscopy and advanced chemometric data analysis.
