Athanassios G. Bratsos
Athanassios G. Bratsos received his B.S. degree from the Department of Mathematics, University of Athens, Greece, in 1972, and his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, Brunel University, England, in 1987 and 1993 respectively. He taught in high schools in Greece from 1977 to 1980. He was Associate Professor from 1980 to 1984 in the Centre of Higher Technical Education of Kozani, Greece and from 1984 to 1987 in the Technological Educational Institution (T.E.I.) of Athens, Greece. Since 1987 he has been a Professor in T.E.I. Athens, Greece. He is member of the Institute for Mathematics and Computer Science. Professor Bratsos' research interests are in the numerical solution of linear/nonlinear differential equations with applications to applied sciences.
