Fábio Rodrigo Piovezan Rocha
F. R. P. Rocha was born in a small city in São Paulo State, Brazil, in 1972. He concluded the undergraduate course in chemistry (1993) and received an M.S degree in chemistry (1996) and a Ph.D in analytical chemistry (2000) from the Federal University of São Carlos. He serves as an Associate Professor of São Paulo University since 2002, being nowadays a Staff Member of the Center for Nuclear Energy in Agriculture (CENA) at this University. He was a Director of the Analytical Chemistry Division of the Brazilian Chemistry Society (2008-2010) and is an Affiliated Member of the Brazilian Academy of Sciences since 2008. His main research interests are automation and chemical instrumentation, flow analysis, spectrometric techniques, and green chemistry.
