Henry S.R. Kao
Henry S.R. Kao received his Ph.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Madison, Wis, USA, in 1968 and has worked in the field of handwriting and calligraphy for the past 40 years. His research has been conducted from the perspectives of experimental psychology, cognitive science, and neuroscience and behavioral medicine. He has over 20 scholarly books and 200 scientific papers in the field. He is currently a Professor Emeritus (psychology), The University of Hong Kong, and the Archbishop Lokuang Chair (psychology) at the Fujen Catholic University in Taiwan. He has published in Nature, Journal of Nervous and Mental Diseases, Annuals of Behavioral Medicine, Acta Psychologica, and Journal of Applied Psychology.
