Norihiko Iki

Norihiko Iki is graduated from Tohoku University, Japan, in 1985. He received the Master of Engineering and Doctor of Engineering degrees from Graduate School of Tohoku University, Japan, in 1987 and 1993, respectively. From 1990 to 1994, he was a Research Assistant at Faculty of Engineering, Tohoku University. From 1994, he was a Researcher of Mechanical Engineering Laboratory, AIST, MITI, Japan. From 1995, he was a Senior Researcher of Mechanical Engineering Laboratory, AIST. Since 2001, he is a Senior Research Scientist of AIST, Japan. His research interests include microgas turbine, ceramic-gas turbine, closed-gas turbine, hydrogen combustion, cycle simulation, liquid atomization. He is a Member of the Board of the Gas Turbine Society of Japan (GTSJ) and a Member of the Board of Institute for Liquid Atomization and Spray Systems (ILASS), Japan. He is also a Member of the Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers (JSME), the Japan Institute of Energy (JIE), and the Combustion Society of Japan. He received the Dissertation Award of 9th GTSJ Awards in 1998.
