Ali-Akbar Saboury

Ali Akbar Saboury was born in July 1960 in Kashmar, in the North-East of Iran. He completed his Ph.D. degree in physical chemistry in 1996. Now, he is a Professor and the Head of biophysics in the Institute of Biochemistry and Biophysics, University of Tehran, Iran. His research interests fall into researches on the protein denaturation thermodynamically and the enzyme kinetic using spectroscopy and microcalorimetry techniques. He supervises research works leading to the M.S. and the Ph.D. degrees. He is an Associate Member of Abdus-Salam International Center for Theoretical Physics (ICTP), Triest, Italy and participates in many international societies and journals.
