C. Mosquera
Carlos Mosquera was born in Vigo, Spain,
in 1969. He received his undergraduate education
in electrical engineering from Universidad
de Vigo, Vigo, Spain, and subsequently
the M.S. degree from Stanford University,
Stanford, USA, in 1994, and the
Ph.D. degree from Universidad de Vigo in
1998, all in electrical engineering. During
1999 he spent six months with the European
Space Agency at ESTEC in the Netherlands.
He is currently an Associate Professor at Universidad de Vigo, and
his interests lie in the area of signal processing applied to communications.
