Keiichi Takahashi is the Chairman of the Surgery Department at Tokyo Metropolitan Cancer Center and Infectious Diseases Center Komagome Hospital, Japan. He received his medical degree from Yamagata University Medical School and completed his Surgical Residency and Colorectal Surgery Fellowship at Tokyo Metropolitan Komagome Hospital, Japan. Dr. Takahashi is the Chairman of Surgery at Tokyo Metropolitan Komagome Hospital and is specialized in the comprehensive treatment of colorectal cancer. He is one of the leading research experts in the role of indigenous gut microbes in IBS and other disorders.
