Zhi Dai is currently an Associate Professor of the Liver Cancer Institute in Zhongshan Hospital in Shanghai, China. Dai graduated from Shenyang Medical College, Shenyang, China, in 1998. He has obtained his M.D. degree from Dalian Medical University, Dalian, China, in 2003, and his Ph.D. degree from Fudan University, Shanghai, China, in 2006. He was an Associate Researcher in the Liver Cancer Institute in Zhongshan Hospital from 2006 to 2011. He was appointed as an Associate Professor of the Liver Cancer Institute in 2011. Dai has been involved in cancer research for more than ten years and published more than 70 research papers both in the domestic and international journals. His main research interests are focused on the molecular mechanism underlying hepatocellular carcinoma carcinogenesis and metastasis. He is a Peer Reviewer of many journals including Cancer and BMC Gastroenterology.
