Guoliang Wei received the M.S. degree in applied mathematics and the Ph.D. degree in control theory and control engineering from Donghua University, Shanghai, China, in 2005 and 2008, respectively. From April 2009 to February 2010, he was a Senior Researcher Fellow at the Brunel University of England, London, UK. From March 2010 to June 2011, he was a Humboldt Fellow at the Duisburg-Essen University of Germany supported by Humboldt Foundation. He is currently a Professor at the School of Optical-Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Shanghai for Science and Technology. His current research interests include nonlinear systems, stochastic systems, and bioinformatics. He has authored or coauthored ten papers published in refereed international journals. He is also a reviewer for many international journals.
