Yong-Kui Chang

Chang Yong-Kui received his M.S. degree from Xidian University, Xi'an, China, in 2003, and his Ph.D. degree from Lanzhou University, China, in 2006. Currently, he is an Associate Professor at the School of Mathematics, Physics, and Software Engineering, Lanzhou Jiaotong University. His research interest is mainly on functional differential equations with applications.
