Andreas Zeinert

Andreas Zeinert, born in Berlin in 1966, obtained his Ph.D. degree in 1995 at Pierre-and-Marie-Curie University, Paris, France, for research on injection and transport of charge carriers in high field electroluminescent devices under the supervision of Dr. P. Benalloul and Professor Dr. H-E. Gumlich (Technical University of Berlin, Germany). He joined the University of Picardie Jules Verne, Amiens, France, as a Postdoctoral Fellow before becoming an Assistant Professor in 1997. Since 2004, he acts as an Associate Professor at the Scientific Faculty of the University of Picardie. He published over 45 publications on thin film materials for optical and electronical applications. He coordinates the FP7 EU-MEX project BisNano and directed several national research projects with industrial partners. His current research interest is focused on the optical characterization of nanostructures and composite materials.
