Ros Eeles is a Reader in Clinical Cancer Genetics at The Institute of Cancer Research and Honorary Consultant in Cancer Genetics and Clinical Oncology at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust. She has over 200 research publications and leads research collaborations both nationally and outside the UK Ros is a leading scientist in cancer genetics in the UK for breast and prostate cancer. She specialises in cancer genetic risk assessment, genetic testing for predisposition to cancer and targeted screening advice based on the risk assessment. Ros has given evidence to the House of Lords’ Science & Technical Committee for Genomic Medicine. She is a member of nineteen steering committees and Advisory Groups. She is an editor of seminal textbook on Cancer Genetics (in 2nd edition).
