Qingning Zeng
Qingning Zeng received the B.S. degree
from the Harbin Institute of Technology,
China, in 1982, and the M.S. degrees from
the Xidian University, China, in 1987, both
in applied mathematics. From 1995 to 1997,
he was a Visiting Scholar in the Department
of Information and Systems, University of
Rome “La Sapienza,” Italy. Now he is doing
research work in The University of Auckland,
New Zealand. He has published more
than 40 papers including an invention patent and organized more
than 8 research projects. His research interests are in the areas of
audio signal processing, image recognition, mathematic programming,
and Markov decision process.
