Brigitte Caussat serves as a Professor in chemical arts at the National Engineering School (ENSIACET), the National Polytechnic Institute of Toulouse (INPT), and as a Researcher at the Chemical Engineering Laboratory (LGC-CNRS), where she is the Head of the CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) group. She received a Ph.D. in chemical engineering in February 1994. Her actual research interests are focused on experimental and modelling studies of (1) fluidized bed CVD for decoration of carbon nanotubes and coating of powders and (2) CVD processes on planar substrates. Caussat has coauthored about 80 publications in international journals, 70 conference communications, 2 review articles, 3 book chapters, and 6 patents.
