Amanda Corbett is a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Eshelman School of Pharmacy and School of Medicine and a Clinical Associate for the UNC Center for AIDS Research. She received a B.S. degree in chemistry at the University of North Carolina, NC, USA, in 1994, and a D.Pharm. degree from Campbell University, NC, USA, in 1999. Subsequently, she completed a pharmacy practice residency at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center and ID specialty residency and HIV pharmacology fellowship at UNC. At completion of her training in 2003, she joined the faculty at UNC Eshleman School of Pharmacy where her responsibilities include teaching (didactic and precepting) clinical practice (UNC ID clinic) and clinical research (HIV pharmacology of antiretrovirals in developing countries).
