F. Minhthang Bui
Francis Minhthang Bui received the B.A.
degree in French language and the B.S. degree
in electrical engineering from the University
of Calgary, Alberta, Canada, in 2001.
He then completed the M.A.S. degree in
electrical engineering in 2003 from the University
of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, where
he is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree.
His research interests include resource allocation
and signal processing methods for
power- and spectrum-efficient communications.
