Dhirendra Govender

Dhirendra Govender is the recipient of the MBChB, MMed (AnatPath), and Ph.D. degrees. He is a FCPath (AnatPath)(SA) and FRCPath (London). Govender is currently holding the positions of Wernher and Beit Professor of anatomical pathology and Head of the Division of Anatomical Pathology, Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Cape Town and National Health Laboratory Service, Groote Schuur Hospital, Cape Town, South Africa. His areas of interest include gastrointestinal pathology, paediatric solid tumours, and immunohistochemistry.
