Frédéric Lebon

Frédéric Lebon was born in Marseilles, France, in 1961. He received the Applied Mathematics degree and the Ph.D. degree from Provence University, Marseilles, France, in 1985 and 1989, respectively. From 1989 to 2001, he served as an Associate Professor at Montpellier University. In 2000, he worked as a Research Fellow at the Tor Vergatà University and from 2001 to 2003 as a Professor at Lyon University. Presently, he serves as a Professor at Aix-Marseille University, LMA-CNRS Laboratory. He is mainly interested in computational mechanics, contact mechanics, efficient solvers, and asymptotic techniques. He authored more than 40 papers and 150 conference papers.
