Minoru Uehara

Minoru Uehara received his M.E. degree from the Department of Electrical Engineering of Keio University, Japan in 1989, and his D.E. degree from the Department of Computer Science of the same university in 1995. He joined Toyo University, Japan in 1993 as a lecturer of the Department of Information and Computer Sciences. In 1998, he held the position of Associate Professor, and in 2005, he became a Professor. Later in 2009, he joined the Department of Information Sciences and Arts, Toyo University, Japan. His research interests are distributed computing, programming language, information retrieval, cloud computing, and renewable computing. He is a member of the IEEE CS, the ACM, the IPSJ (Information Processing Society of Japan), and the IEICE (Institute of Electronics, Information, and Communication Engineers).
