George Ho received his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong, where he is currently a Lecturer at the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering. He took up the teaching role at this university upon completion of the Ph.D. degree followed by a one-year postdoctoral fellowship. His research interests include supply chain management, integrated quality enhancement systems, and artificial intelligence applications. His research interests include logistics and supply chain management, logistics workflow optimization, integrated quality enhancement systems, process mining, and business intelligence. During the years of research, Ho has published a number of papers which are included in both international journals and conference publications, more than 40 of them are SCI/SSCI listed. Apart from the continuous research, he is currently contributing through his post as a Lecturer with dedication to both teaching and project management. His specialty made him serve as the Executive Editor for the International Journal of Engineering Business Management, and he is involved in the Committee of Institute of Industrial Engineers, Hong Kong. He has also been invited to write in different academic book chapters to share his research insights.
