Anabel Rojas received a B.S. degree and a Ph.D. degree in biology from University of Sevilla, Sevilla, Spain, in 1996 and 2001, respectively. She had a Postdoctoral stay from January 2002 till December 2007 at the University of California (UCSF), San Francisco, Calif, USA. Since January 2008 till present, she has been serving as a Researcher in Miguel Servet Program at the Spanish National Health Institute. Her areas of expertise include pancreas development, heart development, transcriptional regulation, cell differentiation, and embryology.
