Sebahattin Cureoglu, who holds an M.D. degree, currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology, University of Minnesota, USA. Cureoglu was graduated from Medical school, Hacettepe University, Ankara, Turkey, in 1989. He had his residency of ENT, between 1989 and 1994 in the Department of Otolaryngology, Medical School, Erciyes University, Kayseri, Turkey. He worked as an ENT Specialist in Regional Hospital, Diyarbakir, Turkey, between 1994 and 1997. He had the Associate Professor degree in 2004. He worked as a Visiting Instructor, Department of Otolaryngology, University of Minnesota, between 2000 and 2005, and an Assistant Professor from 2005 in the same department. He made his Clinical Otology/Neurotology Fellow in Fairview University Medical Center, University of Minnesota, USA, between 2008 and 2009. He has professional society memberships of Association for Research in Otolaryngology (ARO), International Otopathology Society (a.k.a. The Schuknecht society), and University of Minnesota, Biomedical Engineering Institute (BMEI). He is a reviewer in journals of The Laryngoscope, Otology and Neurotology, Archives of Medical Research, and Hearing Research Journal. He has several reports about different subjects of otolaryngology.
