Ricardo Merched

Ricardo Merched obtained his Ph.D. degree from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He became an Assistant Professor at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. His current main interests include fast adaptive filtering algorithms, multirate systems for echo cancelation, and efficient digital signal processing techniques for MIMO equalizer architectures in wireless and wireline communications.
