Mario G. Perhinschi
Mario G. Perhinschi is an Associate Professor with the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, West Virginia University, Morgantown, WV, USA. He has an MS degree in aerospace engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA, USA, and a Ph.D. degree in aerospace engineering from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, Bucharest, Romania. Dr. Perhinschi is teaching courses in feedback control, flight simulation, mechatronics, aircraft health management, and artificial intelligence techniques. His current research interests include primarily aerospace engineering applications of artificial intelligence techniques, design of intelligent fault tolerant control laws, trajectory planning and tracking for unmanned aerial vehicles, and development of advanced simulation environments for aerospace engineering teaching and research.
