Fahrettin Yakuphanoglu

Fahrettin Yakuphanoglu received the Diploma in physics and the M.S. degree from Firat University, Elazig, in 1996 and 1998, respectively. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in 2002 with thesis entitled “The investigation of electrical and electronic properties of transition metal complexes.” He was appointed as an Associate Professor of condensed matter physics at Firat University. He has authored more than 100 papers published in international journals up till now. His research interests include electronic devices such as metal-semiconductor diode, solar cell, photodiodes, organic-inorganic heterostructures, liquid crystals and optical materials, and organic semiconductors like polymer, organic compounds. He is presently a member of Materials Research Society Singapore.
