Giuseppe Curcio received his Ph.D. degree in psychology from Sapienza University of Rome, Rome, Italy. Curcio is a Professor of cognitive psychology and aging psychology at the Department of Life, Health, and Environmental Sciences, University of L'Aquila, L'Aquila, Italy. He has been a Scientific Consultant for Italian Air Force, Neurology Unit, School of Medicine, Campus Bio‐Medico of Rome, and IRCCS S. Raffaele (Scientific Institute for Research, Hospitalization, and Health Care) of Rome. Curcio collaborates with several dementia clinical units and his main interests are related to neurophysiological, cognitive, emotional, and behavioral modifications induced by both normal aging and pathological aging. He serves as a referee for several scientific journals and for international research organizations.
