Guang Fan

Guang Fan completed her medical education at Beijing Medical School, Beijing University, China, and received the M.D. degree in 1986. Later, she received her Ph.D. degree in physiology from Wayne State University in 1992. After 3-year postdoctoral research training at the University of Michigan, she completed residency training in anatomic and clinical pathology at the University of Cincinnati in 2000 and finished a hematopathology fellowship at the University of Indiana in 2001. She became a Faculty of Oregon Health and Science University in 2001. Since then, she has been serving as a Medical Director of hematology and flow cytometry and as a Fellowship Director of hematopathology. She has joined the Editorial Board of Human Pathology. She is focusing on diagnosis and classification of lymphoma and leukemia with state-of-the-art technology.
