Montserrat Casanovas

Montserrat Casanovas obtained an M.S. degree from the University of Barcelona, Spain, and a Ph.D. degree in business administration from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, Spain. Professor Casanovas served as a European Financial Adviser, Financial Annalist, and Auditor. Currently, she works as a Full Professor in the Department of Business Administration at the University of Barcelona. She has published more than 100 papers in journals and conference proceedings including journals such as International Journal of Intelligent Systems, Cybernetics and Systems, International Journal of Fuzzy Systems, Fuzzy Economic Review, Journal of International Business Disciplines, and Computers and Industrial Engineering. She is currently interested in financial management, decision making, and uncertainty and financial markets.
