Max Alekseyev

Max Alekseyev is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of South Carolina, Columbia, SC, USA. He received his Ph.D. degree in computer science from the University of California at San Diego (UCSD) in 2007. Dr. Alekseyev’s research interests include computational molecular biology, bioinformatics, comparative genomics, graph theory, combinatorics, and discrete algorithms. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the Online Encyclopedia of Integer Sequences (OEIS) and Associate Editor of the Frontiers in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology journal.
