Henri Justino obtained his M.D. degree at McGill University, Montreal, Canada, in 1994. He then completed his pediatrics residency at Montreal Children's Hospital, McGill University, in 1997. He then completed his pediatric cardiology fellowship at the Hospital for Sick Children, University of Toronto, Canada, including a year of pediatric interventional cardiac catheterization fellowship in 2000. He then took a position at the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario, Canada, where he served as the Director of the cardiac catheterization laboratory and as an Assistant Professor of pediatrics at the University of Ottawa. In 2003, he was recruited to Texas Children's Hospital, Houston, Tex, USA, where he is currently working as the Associate Director of the CE Mullins Cardiac Catheterization Laboratories and as an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, certified in pediatrics and pediatric cardiology. He is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in pediatrics and in pediatric cardiology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and a Fellow of the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions. His professional interests are in the field of cardiac catheterization for the diagnosis and treatment of children and adults with congenital heart disease.
