Verónica Vázquez

Verónica Vázquez was awarded with the DPhil from the University of Sussex, England in 2000. She holds a research position at the Centro de Investigaciones en Optica in León, Gto. Mexico and her work is related to the design, fabrication, characterization and applications of optical waveguides in active materials. She has published 22 scientific papers in refereed journals as well as 21 conference proceedings. She has conducted MSc and PhD theses and taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
