Henri J. Huttunen

Henri J. Huttunen holds a Ph.D. degree in biochemistry and has previously held research positions at the University of Helsinki, Helsinki, Finland, Orion Pharma Inc., and Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School, Boston, Mass, USA. Currently, he leads a Research Group focusing on molecular mechanisms of neurodegenerative diseases at the Neuroscience Center, University of Helsinki. Huttunen has published 25 peer-reviewed articles and several book chapters with approximately 1500 citations and 15 h-index. In addition to his academic role, Huttunen serves as the Chief Scientific Officer at Hermo Pharma Ltd., a CNS-focused biopharmaceutical company based in Helsinki, Finland.
