Huawei Li received the B.S. degree in computer science from Xiangtan University, Hunan, China, in 1996, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Institute of Computing Technology (ICT), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), Beijing, China, in 1999 and 2001, respectively. She served as an Associate Professor from 2002 to 2008 and a Professor since 2008 at ICT, CAS. During 2009 and 2010, she served as a Visiting Professor in University of California, Santa Barbara, USA. Her research interests include VLSI/SOC design verification, test generation, delay test, and design for reliability. She has published over 100 technical papers, and she holds 10 Chinese patents in these areas. She serves as a Member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Computer-Aided Design and Computer Graphics (in Chinese). She was a Technical Program Chair of IEEE Asian Test Symposium (ATS) in 2007, and Workshop of RTL and High Level Testing (WRTLT) in 2003. She serves as a Senior Member of IEEE, and as a Senior Member of China Computer Federation (CCF). She has also served as the General Secretary of CCF Technical Committee on Fault-Tolerant Computing since 2008.
