Ana Mornar obtained her Ph.D. degree in 2007 from the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry, University of Zagreb, and she has been a participant of several research projects founded by Croatian Ministry of Science, Education and Sport. She is coauthor of 25 scientific articles published in English in respected international journals, 2 book chapters, and 63 posters and lectures in conferences. Her major research interest is the development and validation of novel HPLC, LC/MSn, and GC methods for determination of active and toxic ingredients in medicines, dietary supplements, medicinal plants, and biological samples. Since 2009, she is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Drug Analytics and Control, Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry, University of Zagreb, Croatia. She is the Member of Croatian Chemical Society and Croatian Pharmaceutical Society.
