Weigang Sun received his Ph.D. degree in computational mathematics from Shanghai University, Shanghai, China, in 2008. He currently works at the School of Sciences, Hangzhou Dianzi University, Hangzhou, China. In 2009–2011, he worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the East China University of Science and Technology, Shanghai, China. During 2011-2012, Sun visited the Center for Chaos and Complex Networks at the City University of Hong Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong, as a Senior Research Assistant. In 2013-2014, Sun visited Arizona State University as a Visiting Scholar. His research interests include dynamics of complex networks, random walks, fractal networks, and graph theory.
