Kenji Nomiya

Kenji Nomiya acquired a Ph.D. degree in Chemistry from Tokyo Institute of Technology Graduate School, Tokyo, Japan, in 1974. He is currently Professor of Chemistry at Kanagawa University, in the Department of Chemistry. Nomiya?s areas of expertise include inorganic chemistry, metal complexes and coordination compound. His fields of interest are synthesis, structure and catalysis of polyoxometalates and synthesis, structure and antimicrobial activities of metal (silver(I) and gold(I)) complexes. He is a Member of the Chemical Society of Japan, the American Chemical Society, and the Royal Society of Chemistry. He has published 195 papers in SciFinder since 1973, 105 in Web of Science since 1993, and 131 in the Scopus database (105 at Kanagawa University, 24 at Seikei University, and 2 at Tokyo Institute of Technology).
