Joseph Rothnagel

Joseph Rothnagel obtained his Ph.D. degree in biochemistry from the University of Adelaide, Adelaide, SA, Austraila, in 1986. He was a Visiting Fellow in Dr. Peter Steinert’s lab, National Institutes of Health (Bethesda) from 1985 to 1988 and then joined Dr. Dennis Roop at Baylor College of Medicine (Houston) as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Cell Biology. Joseph Rothnagel returned to Australia in 1995 and was awarded a Wellcome Senior Research Fellowship in 1996. He is currently an Associate Professor in biochemistry and molecular biology at the University of Queensland, Brisbane, QLD, Australia.
