Luca Campana works as a Surgical Oncologist at the Sarcoma and Melanoma Unit of the Veneto Region Oncology Research Institute (IOV-IRCCS) of Padova, Italy. Dr. Campana earned his medical degree from the University of Padova, where he completed his general surgical training at the Department of Oncological and Surgical Sciences. His clinical interests lie around the prevention and therapy of malignant melanoma, soft tissue sarcoma, and breast cancer. He received the Ph.D. degree in oncology and surgical oncology in 2012 at the University of Padova. His research program is focused on locoregional chemotherapies with particular interest in clinical application of electrochemotherapy in several types of cancer.
