Branka Bedenic

Branka Bedenic received the B.S. degree (1988), the M.S. degree (1993) in preclinical experimental pharmacology, and the Ph.D. degree (1998) from the Medical School, University of Zagreb, Zagreb, Croatia. He is currently working as a Full Professor at the Department of Microbiology of the same university and also at the University Hospital Center Zagreb (an affiliated institution to the University of Zagreb). Bedenic had a number of study visits abroad, some of which include the study visit at the Department of Pathology, Section for Microbiology, School of Medicine, University of Verona, Italy, in 2005; at Asklepios University Clinic, Gauting, Germany, in 2006; and at the Institute for Microbiology and Hygiene, School of Medicine, University of Cologne, Germany, in 2008. Bedenic has several publications including 59 conference proceeding, 9 chapters in books and manuals, and 67 citations.
