Assistant at the University of Linz (1980-1992); Habilitation 1989 at the University of Linz. 1992- Professor of Applied Psychology at the University of Vienna. Work Experience: 2009-2010 and 2006-2008 Vice head of the Department of Economic Psychology, Educational Psychology and Evaluation; 2004-2006 Head of Department. 2008-2010 and 2004-2006 Vice-Dean of the Faculty. 1998-2001 Head of Department of Psychology, 1995-1998 Deputy-head of Department. 1993-2004 Head of the Unit of Applied Psychology. Teaching: Work-organisational psychology, economic psychology. Lecturer/guest professor at the Universities of Reims, Paris, Fribourg, Cologne, Nuremberg, Milano, Rome, Bologna, Graz, Salzburg. Summer schools: 1993 and 1990: IAREP Summer School (International Association for Research in Economic Psychology) in Linz, Austria (3 weeks) etc. Awards: 2006: 1st „Hochschulmanagement-Preis” from the Donau-University Krems, Austria (together with Christiane Spiel, Alfred Schabmann, Christian Böck). 2003: C4-Professor: Call for Professorship: Professor for Psychology (Economic and Social Psychology), University of Cologne, Germany. 1995: C4-Professor: Call for Professorship: Professor for Psychology (Economic and Social Psychology), University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany.
