Tzung-Her Chen

Tzung-Her Chen was born in Tainan, Taiwan, Republic of China, in 1967. He received the B.S. degree in the Department of Information & Computer Education from National Taiwan Normal University in 1991 and the M.S. degree in the Department of Information Engineering from Feng Chia University in 2001. In 2005, he received his Ph.D. degree in the Department of Computer Science from National Chung Hsing University. He has been with the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering at National Chiayi University as Professor since August 2011. His research interests include information security, information hiding, multimedia security, digital rights management, and security for wireless & mobile networks. He is an honorary member of the Phi Tau Phi Scholastic Honor Society.
