Adel A.A. Emara, Egyptian, born in November 22nd, 1959, Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry, McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, May 1992). Professor in Inorganic Chemistry, Ain Shams University, Egypt. Currentlt, in sabatical leave, at Umm Al-Qura University, Mecca, Saudi Arabia. The research of interest and area of expertise are: (1) synthetic chemistry including thermally unstable and air sensitive organic and inorganic materials and fluorine chemistry. (2) synthetic and characterization of the transition metal chemistry for having organic and inorganic ligands. (3) application of high resolution multi-nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy to solve structural problems in organic and inorganic chemistry. (4) applications of IR and Raman spectroscopy to solve structural problems in organic and inorganic chemistry. (5) applications of thermal studies using TGA, DTA, DSC diagrams for inorganic materials. (6) application in the magnetic susceptibility and molar electric conductivity measurements.(7) applications of the metal complexes on the biological systems. Academic supervision: 15 Master and PhD Thesis in Chemistry. 11 of them were nominated. Published 37 papers in International Journals. Participated in 17 international conferences.
