Bulent Tavli

Bulent Tavli is an Associate Professor of electrical and electronics engineering at TOBB University of Economics and Technology, Ankara, Turkey. He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical and electronics engineering in 1996 from the Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey, and in 1998 from Baskent University, Ankara, Turkey. Tavli received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical and computer engineering in 2001 and 2005 from the University of Rochester, Rochester, NY, USA. His research interest areas are wireless communications and networking, ad hoc and sensor networks, signal and image processing, and linear programming.
