Examples of intrafocal measurements (camera was positioned 8 meters behind the optics) of the two mirror modules at the PANTER facility. The mirror module on the left was produced in 2007, the one in the right in 2009. From top to bottom plates 1, 4, and 8 are shown. The measurements have been taken at an energy of 3 keV. Such measurements allow to estimate the alignment of the individual mirror plates and to identify the location and magnitude of figure errors.
