Analysis of PCR products in 1.5% agarose gel. Amplification of genomic DNA sequences flanked by miR390 sites. (a) PCR products were obtained on genomic DNAs with moss-specific primers. Orthotrichum pumilum (1), Coscinodon humilis (2), Pylaisia polyantha (3), Homalothecium philippeanum (5), Sphagnum girgensohnii (6), Sphagnum squarrosum (7), and Selaginella kraussiana (8).
